1. Casserole (Dianna Rattray)

Casseroles are so hearty and perfect for the cold weather. Add whatever vegetables you have in your fridge that you need to use up...plus tons of cheese!

2. Fajitas (Grace Parisi)

This recipe is easy and tasty. Just cook all of the veggies with spices, toss your roast beef and you’re good to go. You can save more time by using a premixed fajita seasoning packet. We recommend warming the tortillas—it’s such a simple thing to do but makes the meal feel special.

3. French Dip Sandwiches (Tide and Thyme)

French dip sandwiches are an instant crowd pleaser. This is easy to transport to work too! We recommend bringing the jus in a separate container and heating it up in the microwave. Make sure it’s warm: when you dip your sandwich into it, the provolone cheese will melt. It. is. so. good.

4. Stroganoff (Mums the Word)

Creamy, filled with mushrooms and delicious *leftover* roast beef. This recipe is so satisfying and will quickly become your favourite. Add a few splashes of Worcestershire, add half the milk and add a touch of sour cream when you finish.

5. Roast Beef Sandwich (Cooking Light)

We know that you don’t need a guide to make a sandwich but, just in case, here is a simple recipe you can follow! The best part of sandwiches is that you can add whatever you want.
