Platform Calgary is helping Bessie get food on your table.

Think of Bessie as a giant puzzle. The pieces are the components that make up our business, and Platform Calgary’s Junction program is guiding us on how to put it all together.

WHAT IS IT

The program helps local Calgary companies learn and grow alongside other startups to diversify the local economy and scale our services to reach the rest of Alberta and beyond.

WHAT ARE WE LEARNING

The foundations (plus a bit more!). Junction is a 9 week program that combines hands-on ‘Bessie work’ with advisor coaching to build meaningful tools for Bessie to better serve our farmers, our customers, and our families.

WHY ARE WE THERE

Bessie is the friend of a friend that can get you healthy food direct from the farm. To bring back the human connection to our food, we must ground ourselves in the local community of explorers, thinkers, and eaters! Junction program is a start.
