Box Add-On: Ahi Tuna Steak
The Ahi Tuna Steak (yellowfin tuna) is sashimi-quality with a medium-mild flavour with very firm texture. They are line caught wild in the Pacific Ocean and are quickly flash frozen (they can be eaten raw or cooked!).
The Ahi Tuna is loaded with protein, as well as vitamin D, phosphorous, potassium, and vitamin-B12.
